If an insured person is legally liable for injuring
another person or damaging their property, PAX Personal Liability Insurance will
pay up to £500,000 for each claim for damages they have to pay, and will
also pay their costs and expenses relating to the claim if they have been agreed
in writing by the Insurer.

in particular you are not covered for liability arising from the following:

War or allied events
|

Loss, injury or damage caused deliberately by
you

Injury arising out of you using or owning firearms
or mechanically powered vehicles, aircraft or watercraft

Loss, injury or damage for which you must have
insurance under Road Traffic legislation |

Injury, damage or loss you maliciously, recklessly
or intentionally caused, or resulting from a crime in which you have taken part |
 |
You carrying out your duties with HM Regular
Armed Forces or other occupation. |
