This is optional cover that can be added to Kit & Home Contents or your Buildings policy.

Arranged by RSA and underwritten by FirstAssist Insurance Services Limited, our legal expenses cover (up to £40,000) allows you to defend or pursue your legal rights for disputes in relation to:

  • personal injury
  • personal goods
  • consumer protection
  • residential
  • employment
  • tax
  • jury service

Important notes

This cover excludes pre-existing disputes and any starting within 90 days of the start date, unless those disputes are in connection with a contract starting after the cover is taken out.
