Full terms and conditions of entry

You will only be eligible for this prize draw if you receive a quote for PAX Insurance.

Pax Insurance cover includes Pax Travel Insurance, Pax Kit and Contents Insurance, Pax Buildings Insurance but excludes Pax Personal Accident.

1. For entry into the prize draw, the entrant must have, met the quotation criteria and have received a quote for applicable PAX Insurance from and including 30th January 2012 until and including 30th September 2012. Unless we receive a objection from you when you call for a quote; i) you will then automatically be entered into the prize draw ii) and you will automatically be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Prize draw to be held 9th October 2012 and shall consist of two prizes which will be a New iPad with Wi-Fi 32GB Black or White. No alternative game or prize or cash alternative shall be available.
3. All entrants must be 18 years old or over and proof may be required.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted and only one quotation can be obtained for each person.
5. The competition is closed to any person whom, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
6. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries that are not received by the promoter, or are lost or delayed in transit or transmission.
7. The winning entry will be drawn by an independent adjudicator.
8. The winners will be notified personally, either by telephone or email, by 23rd October 2012. The Promoter reserves the right to a redraw in the event that it is unable to so notify.
9. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. No alternative game or prize or cash alternative shall be available.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability arising from or in connection with your use of the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions in relation to this promotion.
