Travel Insurance Claims
For customers who have a new or renewed policy from 1st April 2007 onwards*.
If you need to make a claim on your Travel policy you must register any claim with AIG Travel Assist within 31 days of your trip ending. Full details of how to make a claim are shown on your policy.
To make a claim please take the following action:
- Download the claim form according to the type of claim from the selection provided on this page
- Complete the claim form including a description of your claim and send with any attachments to:
